The Effect of Academic Self-Efficacy Training Toward The Nursing Students’ Academic Burnout Participating In Block-System Learning

Introduction: Dense block system and online learning during the covid-19 pandemic has led to complaints of boredom, tiredness fatigue causing academic syndrome (academic burnout). Unresolved burnout will lead a decline in achievement decrease interest education. This also affects performance educational institutions. Therefore, it is necessary take action address students. research aims determine effect self-efficacy training on experienced by nursing Methods: The method used was quantitativequasy-experimental with Pre-test Post-test Design control group. conducted at two education institutions Indonseia July-August 2020. A total 90 respondents were selected simple random sampling technique. instrument this study Maslach Burnout Inventory-Student Survey (MBI-SS). Research data then analyzed using paired t test Independet test. Results: Paired treatment group obtained p value = 0.000. means that there difference before after intervention group, while results 0.170 meaning no intervention. Independent result showed 0.000, indicating differences these groups. Conclusion: Academic efficacy effective reducing students who participated lectures system.
